TBC1D2 Antibody (A303-442A) in IP
Detection of human TBC1D2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TBC1D2 antibody (Product # A303-442A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TBC1D2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TBC1D2 antibodies A303-440A and A303-441A, which recognize upstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated TBC1D2, A303-440A was used at 0.4 µg/mL,. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
