TKS4 Antibody (A303-436A) in IP
Detection of human TKS4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TKS4 antibody (Product # A303-436A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TKS4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TKS4 antibody A303-437A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TKS4, A303-437A was used at 1 µg/mL,. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Target Information
Adapter protein involved in invadopodia and podosome formation and extracellular matrix degradation. Binds matrix metalloproteinases (ADAMs), NADPH oxidases (NOXs) and phosphoinositides. Acts as an organizer protein that allows NOX1- or NOX3-dependent reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and ROS localization. Plays a role in mitotic clonal expansion during the immediate early stage of adipocyte differentiation.
