This is a recombinant antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor™ 647 dye using SiteClick™ Antibody Labeling Technology. The SiteClick sDIBO Alkynes for Antibody Labeling employs copper-free click chemistry to covalently link a dibenzocyclooctyne (sDIBO) labeled Alexa Fluor™ 647 dye to an azido modified antibody. SiteClick™ technology allows site-specific conjugation of an antibody with complete confidence that the label, when attached to the antibody, is located far away from its antigen binding domain and will not interfere with the antibody function.
Recombinant human-mouse chimeric monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro. The advantages of recombinant antibodies include better specificity and lot-to-lot consistency.
It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
TRBC2 is a protein coding gene.
