TRIML2 Antibody (MA5-55754) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRIML2 in 15 µg of A549. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIML2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary TRIML2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55754) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

TRIML2 is a member of the tri-partite motif (TRIM) family of proteins. This protein may be regulated by the tumor suppressor p53 and may regulate p53 through the enhancement of p53 SUMOylation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
