TSP50 Antibody (PA5-47316) in WB
Western blot analysis of TSP50 in human testis tissue. Samples were incubated in TSP50 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47316) using a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for TSP50 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
