TXNDC5 Antibody (PA5-118330) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of TXNDC5 in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with TXNDC5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118330, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and its role may be to protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
