Western blot analysis of TYSND1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with TYSND1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148331) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lane A: U251MG Whole Cell Lysate; Lane B: NCI-H460 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 59 kDa; Observed band size: 53 kDa.
