Immunocytochemistry analysis of USP44 in A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in USP44 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143988) using a dilution of 4 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat testis tissue, mouse testis tissue. IHC: human testicular cancer tissue, human rectal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Modification of cellular proteins by ubiquitin is an essential regulatory mechanism controlled by the coordinated action of multiple ubiquitin-conjugating and deubiquitinating enzymes.
