MA5-17010 has been used in ELISA and IF applications and shows reactivity with the multi-banded antigen (MB) of several Ureaplasma serotypes. MA5-07010 does not cross react with Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma genitallium.

MA5-17010 reacts with serovars 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14.
