Western blot analysis of lysates from Ythdc1-cKO mouse ES cells, using YTHDC1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-55597) at 1:1,000 dilution incubated overnight at 4&(8)451;. Ythdc1-cKO mouse ES cells were treated by 4OHT. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 45s.
