ZNF292 Antibody (A303-267A) in IP
Detection of human ZNF292 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNF292 antibody (Product # A303-267A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ZNF292 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZNF292 antibody BL11654, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZNF292, A303-267A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
