Western Blot analysis of ZNF434 using a ZNF434 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98262) at a concentration of 1 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in MCF-7 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 55 kDa.
