ZNF639 Antibody (A302-401A) in IP
Detection of human ZNF639 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNF639 antibody (Product # A302-401A) used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. ZNF639 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZNF639 antibody A302-400A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZNF639, A302-400A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a multi-domain scaffolding protein that is required for normal development. This protein may have a role in septate junction formation, signal transduction, cell proliferation, synaptogenesis and lymphocyte activation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene, but the full-length nature of some of the variants is not known.
