A1: Innovation is key to progress and nowadays we can't talk aboutprogress without considering sustainability. So when I think aboutinnovation I expect it to be functional in order to accelerate growth in asustainable way whether it is social sustainability, environmental orbuilding a sustainable and scalable healthcare ecosystem. Someactions might include allocating more capital to R&D and infrastructure,as well as implementing sound regulations to facilitate thetransformation of global value chains. As the world leader in servingscience, we at Thermo Fisher Scientific spend more than $700 million ayear to create innovation that enables our customers to make the worldhealthier, cleaner and safer. I believe pursuing sustainability will be akey area of growth in the future and we are seeing it today already withrenewable energies, healthcare, the sharing economy and so forth.
