AccuCheck ERF Reference Particles are used for standardization and calibration of an intensity unit of fluorescence for flow cytometry analysis. Through the application of the assigned NIST-traceable intensity standard for a given fluorophore, instrument sensitivity and accuracy can be determined, permitting data comparison between flow cytometry instruments. In combination with a biological standard, these particles can also be used to quantify the level of biomarker expression.

AccuCheck ERF Reference Particles features include:
• Lot-specific NIST-traceable ERF values assigned to 26 channels
• Enables fluorescence intensity measurements for instrument accuracy and sensitivity
• Facilitates instrument to instrument data comparison
