GeneBLAzer™ GnRHR-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 Cells

GeneBLAzer GnRHR-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells contain the human gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR), (Accession # NM_000406.2) stably integrated into the CellSensor NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line. CellSensor NFAT-bla CHO-K1 (Cat No. K1854A) cells contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of the NFAT Response Element. GeneBLAzer GnRHR-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells are functionally validated for Z’-factor and EC50 concentrations of Luteinizing Hormone-Releasing Hormone (LH-RH). In addition, GeneBLAzer GnRHR-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells have been tested for assay performance under variable conditions.
