Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (70%), Rat (70%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-62022. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
ABHDB encodes a protein containing an alpha/beta hydrolase fold domain. This protein is deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.23.
