This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-60326. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

ANKRD34B, also named as Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 34B, is a 514 amino acid protein, which contains 4 ANK repeats and belongs to the ANKRD34 family. The calculated molecular weight of ANKRD34B is 55 kDa, but the phosphorylated protein is about 60-65 kDa.
