Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (95%), Rat (95%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-60077. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
ANKRD39, or Ankyrin Repeat Domain 39, is part of the ankyrin repeat domain (ANKRD) protein family. Ankyrin repeat domains are known for mediating protein-protein interactions and are involved in various cellular processes, including regulation of cell cycle, transcription, and signal transduction. The specific function of ANKRD39 is not yet fully elucidated, but its family members are typically regulators of other proteins' activity and stability. ANKRD proteins can bind to diverse sets of targets, contributing to their role in various physiological and pathological contexts.
