Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (91%), Rat (91%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
ATP9A, also named as ATPIIA and KIAA0611, belongs to the cation transport ATPase (P-type) family and Type IV subfamily. ATP9A catalyzes the reaction: ATP + H2O + phospholipid(In) = ADP + phosphate + phospholipid(Out).
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
Protein Aliases: ATPase class II type 9A; ATPase type IV, phospholipid-transporting (P-type),(putative); ATPase, class II, type 9A; phospholipid-transporting ATPase IIA; Probable phospholipid-transporting ATPase IIA
Gene Aliases: ATP9A; ATPIIA; KIAA0611
