Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (90%), Rat (90%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52900. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Centaurin alpha-1 (ADAP1, ArfGAP With Dual PH Domains 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are B Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway (sino) and Arf6 signaling events. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include GTPase activator activity and inositol 1,3,4,5 tetrakisphosphate binding. An important paralog of this gene is ADAP2.
