Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (68%), Rat (68%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-111106. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPR63 is a member of this family (subfamily: lysophospholipid/lysosphingolipid) and its expression has been reported in several brain regions, including caudate, frontal cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, and thalamus, as well as in small intestine, stomach, and thymus.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
