This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61327. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

C2orf67, also termed as chromosome 2 open reading frame 67, encodes a 705 amino-acid protein. It exists a variant, which encodes 987 amino-acid protein. The C2orf56 may express in lymphoid /immune and nervous system. The specific function of C2orf67 is still non-known.
