This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-67166. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
Serves as a substrate-specific adapter for the CUL3-based ubiquitin-protein E3 ligase complex. Negatively regulates the Wnt signaling pathway via the targeted ubiquitination and subsequent proteolysis of DVL3.Tissue specificity: Highly expressed in testis and at lower levels in the submandibular salivary gland.
