This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-53082. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein containing NCL-1, HT2A and Lin-41 (NHL) family repeats. Mammalian NHL-repeat containing proteins may be involved in a variety of enzymatic processes, including protein modification through ubiquitination. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
