This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-84288. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
Ryanodine receptors have been shown to play critical roles in the intracellular Ca2+ signaling occurring during cell activation in muscle cells and non-muscled cells. Ryanodine receptor, ~500 kDa, can be isolated from a variety of cell types such as lymphocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial, endothelial cells, skeletal muscles, cardiac muscle and brain tissues.
