This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-59965. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

SBNO1, also named as Monocyte protein 3 or MOP3, is a 1393 amino acid protein, which belongs to the SBNO family. SBNO1 play an important role in development of the vertebrate central nervous system. SBNO1 has four isoforms with MW 154 kDa and 80 kDa.
