Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (89%), Rat (89%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-56109. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
SDCCAG3, also named as NY-CO-3, is identified as serologically defined colon cancer antigen-3. It is an endosomal protein which is involved in the regulation of cytokinesis. SDCCAG3 is involved in modulation of TNF response. This gene has four isoforms with MW 40-50 kDa.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
