Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (93%), Rat (93%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-59362. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Acts as a actin nucleation factor, remains associated with the slow-growing pointed end of the new filament. Involved in intracellular vesicle transport along actin fibers, providing a novel link between actin cytoskeleton dynamics and intracellular transport. Required for asymmetric spindle positioning and asymmetric cell division during meiosis. Required for normal formation of the cleavage furrow and for polar body extrusion during female germ cell meiosis.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
