This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52053. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
May be a cytokine receptor for C10ORF99. May be a tumor suppressor; together with C10ORF99 has a growth inhibitory effect on colon cancer cells which includes G1 cell cycle arrest (PubMed:25351403). May play a role in breast tumorigenesis (PubMed:23131994).
