Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (93%), Rat (93%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-60030. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Cytochrome b-c1 complex subunit 6, mitochondrial is a protein that in humans is encoded by the UQCRHgene. This is a component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex), which is part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. This protein may mediate formation of the complex between cytochromes c and c1.
