The actin cytoskeleton of a fixed and permabilized muntjac skin fibroblast was labeled with rhodamine phalloidin (Cat. no. R415); the nucleus was stained with DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490). The sample was mounted and imaged in SlowFade® Gold antifade reagent (Cat. no. S36936, S36937).
