Mouse intestine cryosection showing basement membranes labeled with our chicken IgY anti-fibronectin antibody (Cat. No. A21316) and the Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti–Chicken IgG (Cat. No. A11039, green). Goblet cells and crypt cells were labeled with Alexa Fluor® 594 wheat germ agglutinin (Cat. No. W11262, red). The microvillar brush border and smooth muscle layers were visualized with Alexa Fluor® 680 phalloidin (Cat. No. A22286, pseudocolored purple). The section was counterstained with DAPI (Cat. No. D1306, D3571, D21490, blue).
