Invitrogen Aluora dyes, including Aluora 430 dye, are a specialized organic dye technology specifically optimized for spatial biology and multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Aluora 430 dye is excited by the 430 nm laser and emits at 499 nm. This dye has high brightness and photostability. To learn more about spatial imaging, visit our Spatial Biology Resource Center.

Human FFPE small intestine was incubated with 1:1,000 of Biotinylated Ki-67 Monoclonal Antibody (SolA15) (Cat. No. 13-5698-82) then labeled with the reagents in the Aluora 430 HRP-streptavidin Kit (Cat. No. A40001345) and a DAPI nuclear stain. The slides were mounted in ProLong Glass mountant. Images were captured with an Invitrogen EVOS M7000 instrument (see information about EVOS imaging systems).
