Invitrogen Aluora dyes, including Aluora 700 dye, are a specialized organic dye technology specifically optimized for spatial biology and multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Aluora 700 dye is excited by the 690 nm laser and emits at 607 nm. This dye has exceptional brightness and photostability. To learn more about spatial imaging, visit our Spatial Biology Resource Center.
We offer Aluora 700 spatial amplification reagents for use in immunohistochemistry.
Human FFPE small intestine was incubated with 1:1,000 of Biotinylated Ki-67 Monoclonal Antibody (SolA15) (Cat. No. 13-5698-82) then labeled with the reagents in the Aluora 700 HRP-streptavidin Kit (Cat. No. A40001351) and a DAPI nuclear stain. The slides were mounted in ProLong Glass mountant. Images were captured with an Invitrogen EVOS M7000 instrument (see information about EVOS imaging systems).
