Stability of eFluor 660 dye. Mouse splenocytes were stained with CD4 Monoclonal Antibody (GK1.5), eFluor 660 and analyzed immediately (red line). The sample was then fixed in 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C and analyzed again (blue line).
