The following lab equipment service plans are available for your environmental chambers. One-year and multi-year options are available for service plans. Total Care Warranty is valid for the duration of the factory warranty.

Preventative maintenance

This set of standard procedures helps ensure that your equipment is operating at or near the same level as when it was installed, helping to achieve the best audit outcomes. A typical PM includes inspection, cleanup, replacement of worn parts, and tuning.

Installation qualification (IQ)

Documented verification that equipment is installed to manufacturers’ recommendations and/or user requirements.

Operation qualification (OQ)

Documented verification that equipment (as installed) is operating as intended to manufacturer’s specifications.

Temperature mapping (TM)

Provides data measured at different temperatures and locations, door opening recovery tests, backup system testing, and a variety of checkpoints. 

Calibration

Periodic verification that equipment is producing accurate results within specified limits compared to traceable standards of measurement.
