Three-Parameter Population Analysis Right From Your Bench
We’ve just released the Tali™ Image-Based Cytometer—a 3-channel imaging platform that performs suspension cell–based assays right from your bench. With the Tali™ cytometer, three-parameter population analysis can be completed in approximately 1 minute per sample using 25 μL sample volumes. You can now quickly and efficiently measure cell viability or apoptosis in a population of suspension cells. The Tali™ cytometer also allows you to quantitate protein expression in GFP- or RFP-containing cells. Versatility For Multiple Applications
If you are a researcher who works with cultured mammalian, primary, or insect cells, you can now measure fluorescent protein (GFP or RFP) expression (Figure 1), cell viability, and apoptosis (using fluorescent annexin V conjugates) (Figure 2) at your bench and at any time. If you are a flow cytometer user, the Tali™ Image-Based Cytometer also allows you to quickly check the concentration and fluorescence of your samples before analysis or sorting on flow instruments to improve efficiency. Thirteen cell types have already been tested with the Tali™ cytometer: 293 MSR, A431, A549, BPAEC, CHO-M1, HASMC, HDFN, HeLa, HEKn, JKT, MMM, NIH-3T3, and U2OS.

Fast and Easy, With a Small Footprint
With the Tali™ Image-Based Cytometer, prescreening samples for flow experiments, visualizing cells, and obtaining cell measurements is fast, easy, and convenient. Moreover, with its small footprint, the Tali™ cytometer can easily fit into your lab’s work space. Learn more about the Tali™ Image-Based Cytometer.
