本研究建立了一种简单、灵敏、可靠的检测动物源性食品中氯羟吡啶残留量的方法。方法检出限为5μg/kg,远远低于我国对鸡肉和牛奶中氯羟吡啶的限量要求。
本方法是将样品中的雌激素用乙酸乙酯提取,固相萃取的方法净化,衍生后用气相色谱-质谱进行定性、定量。该方法定量准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,能够满足目前奶及奶制品中雌激素检测的需要。

本实验采用Thermo Scientific ISQ质谱仪,具有真空锁定功能。可以在不泄真空的情况下,随意切换EI源和NCI源。因此,在分析饲料中的氯霉素时,简单、方便,使得NCI源的气质联用分析得到更广泛的应用。
