Fixed and stained HDFn cells.

HDFn cells were fixed, permeabilized, and blocked using the Image-iT® Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (R37602). Golgi were labeled with an anti-golgin 97 antibody (A21270) followed by detection with an Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary (A11029). Cells were also stained with Alexa Fluor® 594 phalloidin (A12381) to label actin and NucBlue™ Fixed (R37606) to label nuclei. Finally, cells were mounted in ProLong® Gold antifade reagent.
