Labeled paint probes hybridized to human metaphase chromosomes. A biotinylated chromosome 5 probe was detected with Alexa Fluor® 594 streptavidin (Cat. No. S11227), and a digoxigenin-labeled chromosome 2 probe detected with mouse anti-digoxigenin in combination with Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti–Mouse IgG antibody (Cat. No. A11001).
