APC-eFluor 780 organic dye was developed to provide a high performance tandem fluorophore for multicolor flow cytometry. It was designed for use with flow cytometry instruments equipped with a red laser and has an emission peak of 780 nm. With similar spectral characteristics to APC-Alexa Fluor 750, APC-eFluor 780 requires no changes to your instrument configuration for use, allowing you to easily add APC-eFluor 780 to your multicolor panels.
![]() Initial brightness | APC-eFluor 780 dye has similar spectral properties to APC-H7, APC-Cyanine7 and APC-Alexa Fluor 750 dye. It can replace any of these tandem dyes when designing a multicolor staining panel. The APC-eFluor 780 tandem dye is easily compensated when used with APC. | ||
